Louise E. Szczypiorski

NEW CARLISLE - Louise E. Szczypiorski, 88, passed away Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at her home. Louise was born January 4, 1929 to the late Louie and Rose Piechorowski. On October 4, 1947, Louise married Chester Szczypiorski, he preceded her in death on April 13, 2001. Louise was also preceded in death by a brother, Paul Mackowski; and sister, Monica Lisiecki. Survivors of Louise include her children, Ronald (Beverly) Szczypiorski, Randall (Betty) Szczypiorski, and Cynthia (James) Levar all of New Carlisle; 7 grandchildren; and 13 great- grandchildren. Louise was a parishioner of St. Stanislaus Kostka Catholic Church, where she was a member of the Altar and Rosary Sodality. She was a cook for St. Stanislaus Kostka, the Home Cafe Restaurant, and PNA 3078. Louise also enjoyed going to the Blue Chip Casino. Visitation for Louise will be 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm Sunday, February 26, 2017 in ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, 824 S. Mayflower Rd. with a Rosary to be prayed at 3:00 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:00am Monday, February 27, 2017 in St. Stanislaus Kostka Catholic Church with a one hour visitation prior to the Mass in the church. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made to the New Carlisle Fire and EMS Department. Condolences for the family may be made at www.sjfh.net.
