Mrs. Frank Golupski: (South Bend Tribune 2/18/1974)

Mrs. Eleanor A. Golupski, 69, of 26398 Lakeview Dr., died at 2:30 a.m. today in her residence after an extended illness. Born Oct. 29, 1904, in South Bend, she had lived here most of her life. Her first husband, John Samp, died in 1936 and in 1937, she was married to Frank Golupski, who survives. Also surviving are two sons, John Samp and Frank Golupski Jr., both of South Bend; seven daughters, Mrs. Leo Golupski, Mrs. Richard Dobrzykowski, Mrs. Robert Stineback, Mrs. William Ullery and Mrs. Everett Heddens, all of South Bend, Mrs. John Sommer Jr. of Mishawaka and Mrs. Norbert Watkins of Dacono, Colo.; 39 grandchildren; a great-granddaughter; a stepson, Harry Prebo of Zeeland, Mich.; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Russell Richardson of Michigan, and two brothers, Paul and Joseph Lagocki, both of Chicago. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today and 2 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in the Kaniewski & Sons Funeral Home. Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the Holy Family Catholic Church, Rev. Joseph G. Lesniak, pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery. A parish rosary will be recited in the funeral home at 7 p.m. Tuesday.
