Ms Judith Lynne Andrzejewski, 21, of 326 S. 36, died at 5:45pm Thursday at Cook County Children’s Memorial Hospital, Chicago, following a brief illness. She was born on February 22, 1958, in South Bend and lived here all her life. Surviving are her parents, Mr & Mrs Donald Andrzejewski of South bend; a sister, Linda M. and a brother, Kenneth W., both at home and paternal grandparents, Mr & Mrs Edward Andrzejewski of Mishawaka. Ms Andrzejewski was a senior at Indiana University at South Bend where she was majoring in communication arts, was a reporter on the Preface, the student newspaper, and served as secretary of the Players Guild. She was a member of ST Anthony de Padua Catholic Church and played the lead guitar with the Unity Singers for eight years. She also was a member of the National Deans list of American Colleges and Universities and had completed an internship last summer with WSBT-Radio & TV. Services will be at 11am Tuesday at St Anthony’s Church with Revs Robert A. Yast, pastor, Rev. James Wolfe, assistant pastor, and Rev. Daryl Rybicki, of St Matthew Catholic Church, officiating. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery. Friends may call form 6 to9pm Saturday and from 2 to 9pm Monday at Kaniewski & Sons Funeral Home where the parish rosary will be recited at 7:30pm Monday.

ANDRZEJEWSKI - Services for Miss Judith Lynne Andrzejewski, 21, of 326 S. 36th, who died Thursday in Cook County Children’s Memorial Hospital, Chicago, after a brief illness, will be at 11am Tuesday at St Anthony’s Catholic Church. Rev. Robert A. Yast, pastor, Rev. James Wolfe, Associate pastor, and Rev. Daryl Rybicki of St Matthew Cathedral will officiate. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery.Friends may call until 9pm today and from 2 to 9pm Sunday and 2 to 9pm Monday at the Kaniewski & Sons Funeral Home, where the parish rosary will be recited at 7:30pm Monday.
