Marcus Lockmondy, 43, passed away at 6:17pm on Sunday, January 30, 2022, in his South Bend home. Marcus was born on March 18, 1978, to the late Paul and Nancy Ann (Borsodi) Lockmondy. Marcus is survived by his long-time companion Cindy and her children, Shaila Ingram, Carmen Wands, Autumn Teska, and Brandon Crawford; and 14 grandchildren. Marcus is also survived by his siblings; Greg Lockmondy, Kathy Algood (Lockmondy), Susan Lacy (Lockmondy), and Marybeth Kobos (Borsodi). Marcus worked for Walmart, was a cook at Mr. G’s, and Regal Bowling alley. Marcus was a truly selfless individual who deeply cared for his family and friends. Though life wasn’t always the easiest for Marc, he always remained positive, and a bright light in all of our lives. He was always quick to be there, and without judgement, and with endless love. Family history was very important to him, and he was always selflessly sharing what he knew. Marc had a great sense of humor and shared that gift with those surrounding him and beyond. Marc was also big into wrestling, I think he also found family in those he met at EHF Entertainment. Marc, will truly be missed. Palmer Funeral Home-West Chapel is assisting the family.
