Deborah E. Passwater, 59, of South Bend, Indiana passed away Tuesday, March 6, 2012 after an illness. Deborah was born July 7, 1952, in South Bend to Roger and Patricia (Noble) DeClercq. She was employed with Attco Machine Products as a Materials Manager since 1994. On February 20, 1982, Deborah married Michael F. Passwater who survives. Surviving with her husband are her parents, Roger and Patricia DeClercq of South Bend, Indiana; her sister, Mary (Manuel) Bueno of South Bend, Indiana; her brother, Richard (Melissa) DeClercq of South Bend, Indiana; an aunt, Barbara Noble of South Bend, Indiana; cousins, Elaine Flemming, Julie Howard, Karen Dudka, Ken Noble, Chris Noble; and many precious nieces and nephews. Deborah was a member of St. Stanislaus Catholic Church in South Bend, where she served as a Eucharistic Minister and Lector. She graduated from LaSalle High School in 1970. Deborah was a wonderful wife, daughter, sister, and the best aunt ever.Visitation will be held from 2-8 p.m. Sunday, March 11, 2012, in the Kaniewski Funeral Home, 3545 N. Bendix Drive, South Bend, Indiana, where a Parish Rosary will be prayed at 4 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. Monday, March 12, 2012, in St. Stanislaus Catholic Church with burial to follow in Highland Cemetery.
