GRANGER - Rick Ryker, 65, passed away peacefully in his home May 28, 2022.
Born October 26, 1956, in South Bend, IN, he was the son of the late Russ and Ruth Ann (Torok) Ryker. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Connie (Swanson). On September 5, 1981, Rick married Linda Yendes, who is left to cherish his memory along with their two children, Shannon (Brandon) of Westerville, OH, and Ryan (Ciera) of South Bend, IN; nephews, Rusty (Amie) Young of Nashville, TN, and Andy (Anais) Young of Homestead, FL. Rick was an avid sports fan, a Notre Dame lover, and a trivia aficionado. He lived life to the fullest and his wit and humor were a joy to all who knew him. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date; details to be shared by the family on Facebook. Rick suffered from serious health issues for six years and was diagnosed with aggressive bone cancer a few weeks prior to his passing.
