Anne Nemeth Hoge, died Thursday, April 19, 2007 at Athens Heritage Nursing Home.
Survivors include her three children, eight grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, half sisters Julie Stine of Newport Beach, Calif, Clare Asher of Mishawaka, Ind.Born in South Bend, Indiana, she was the daughter of the late Helen Nemeth Borcsics Vercseg, step daughter to Veronica Vercseg and daughter to the late Michael Vercseg. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Alex F Nemeth, second husband, Legare W Hoge, Sr; daughter, Kathleen M Nemeth, son, Michael J Nemeth, sister, Elizabeth R Mnichowski and one grandson.She was a member of St Joseph's Catholic Church. A memorial mass will be held 11 am, Saturday, April 21, 2007 at Lord & Stephens East Chapel with Father David McGuiness officiating.Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in South Bend, Ind. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St Joseph's Catholic School, Athens, GA, Holy Cross School, South Bend, IN or The St Vincent de Paul Society.
