Richard Cox

Richard Cox, 93 of Bremen passed away on Friday, August 28, 2009 at his residence. He was born June 16, 1916 to William Lewis & Etta M. Cox.
On February 17, 1959 he married Mary J. Strycker. She preceded him in death on June 20, 1986. Richard owned Cox & Sons Heating and Plumbing and worked with the Bremen Cemetery for 44 years. He was aslo a member St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Bremen. Survivors include 1 Granddaughter: Priscilla Amell of Sault Ste. Marie, MI and Cemetery friends: Steve & George. He was preceded in death by his wife, 2 sons: Richard E. "Buss" Cox, Jr. & Louis Cox and 2 brothers: Louis & Harold Cox. Funeral service will be held at 10 AM on Wednesday, September 2, 2009 in the Bremen Cemetery Chapel and will be officiated by Pastor Neil Wonnacott. Burial will follow service. Friends may call from 5 7 PM on Tuesday, September 1, 2009 at the Mishler Funeral Home, Bremen.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul's Lutheran School (605 S. Center St., Bremen, IN 46506).
