March 12, 1910 - November 19, 1977

Emery A. Varga, 67, of 54424 Fir Rd., Mishawaka, died in his residence at noon on Saturday of natural causes. He was employed by Domore Manufacturing Co., Elkhart. He was born on March 12, 1910, in South Bend and lived in the area all his life. On September 18, 1930, he married Rose Sinka, who survives. Also surviving are one son , Emery P. of South Bend; four grandchildren; and five sisters, Mrs. John Sule, Mrs. Russell Berg and Miss Mary Varga, all of South Bend, Miss Cecilia Varga of Fort Wayne and Mrs. Claude DeVillers of Bensenville IL. Services will be at 11am Tuesday in the Hickey Funeral Home, 2700 Lincolnway W. with Rev. William Hibbert, rector of the Holy Trinity Episcopal Church officiating. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery.Friends may call from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9pm Monday in the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Holy Trinity Episcopal Church.
