Edward L. Youts, aged 26, of 715 Laporte avenue, died at 8:25 a.m. Wednesday in Epworth Hospital after an illness of three weeks. Born in Taylorville, Ill., Jan. 18, 1916, he came to South Bend from there 10 years ago and was married in St. Stanislaus Roman Catholic Church on April 30, 1936, to Miss Virginia Danielowicz, who survives. Also surviving are two children, Charles and Gerald, at home; a sister, Mrs. Louise Harris, Pana, Ill., and two brothers, Charles V. Youts, Flint, Mich., and Wilfred Youts, South Bend. Friends may call at St. Joseph's funeral home. The funeral will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday in St. Stanislaus Church, with Rev. Anthony J. Rozewich, C.S.C., pastor, officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph's Polish cemetery.
