CASSOPOLIS - Randy Scott Repczynski, 51 years old. of Cassopolis, passed to his rest Jan. 13, 2017 after a brief illness. He was born June 5, 1965 in South Bend, the son of Arthur and Karen Repczynski and has lived in the Michiana area all of his life. Randy has lived the past several years in Edwardsburg and Cassopolis. He has worked for Wells Cargo in Elkhart, MDI and Robinson Wood Products, both of Edwardsburg. He had been a member of the National Guard. He enjoyed 103.9 The Bear Radio Station and talking with the announcer, ‘Tommy'. He liked feeding the birds, other animals and taking care of his dogs, Dexter and Buddy. Family who survive Randy, is his companion and partner, Matthew R. Finley, his father and step-mother, Arthur and Josie Repczynski of South Bend, his sister Lori (Lonny) Johnson of Mishawaka, his step-sisters; Tina (Michael) Tabler and Dorothey Blad-Simon, both of South Bend and his step-brothers; Tony (Charlotte) Blad of NC, Eugene (Tasha) Blad, Jr. and Donald Reygaert, Jr. both of South Bend and Daniel (Dawn) Blad of Cassopolis. There are many nieces, nephews and cousins. Family who have preceded Randy in death are his mother Karen Reichanadter-Repczynski and a step-sister, Judy Blad-Brown. Family and friends may gather on Saturday, Jan. 21, 2017 from 10:00-12:00 Noon at the Paul E. Mayhew Funeral Home, 26863 West Main St., Edwardsburg. The Service of Remembrance will begin at 12:00 Noon on Saturday with Lonny Johnson (Randy's brother-in-law) officiating. Interment will follow the service at Daily Cemetery, located at Daily and Dunning Street, north of Edwardsburg. In keeping with Randy's love of animals, donations may be directed to the A.S.P.C.A., ATTN. Gift Processing Center, P.O. Box 96929, Washington, DC 20077-7127.
