Larry D. Wickizer Nov. 9, 1934 - Dec. 3, 2014 LAKEVILLE - Larry D. Wickizer, 80, of Lakeville, IN, passed away on Wednesday, December 3, 2014 in Memorial Hospital surrounded by his family. Larry was born on November 9, 1934, in South Bend, IN, to Ernest and Lillian (Cox) Wickizer. On September 28, 1958 he was married to Margaret (Hadary) who preceded him in death on November 14, 2009. Larry is survived by his children, Eric (Marty) Wickizer, of Lakeville, IN, Kirk Wickizer, of Osceola, IN, Carla (Mike) Wawrzyniak, of South Bend, IN, and Marla Robey, of South Bend, IN, grandchildren, Wesley (Lisa) Wickizer, Eric, Tyler, Travis, Trevor, Kiera Wickizer, Branden, Taryn Wawrzyniak, Joshua, and Kylie Robey, and great grandchildren, Alyvia, Kaleb Wickizer, and Keagan Robey. Larry was preceded in death by his father, Ernest Wickizer, his mother, Lillian Stoll, his stepfather, Richard Stoll, and his brother, Charles Wickizer. Larry graduated from John Adams High School and was initiated into the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 153 on November 20, 1958. He worked for 42 years in the Union before retiring in 2000. He was a Union member for a total of 56 years. Larry was also a life time member of the America Legion. He enjoyed his family and friends, and also doing yard work. Larry will be greatly missed by many. There will be no service per his request. Inurnment will take place in Riverview Cemetery.
