Joseph Paul SKEBISKI, 55, of 115 Hooker avenue died this morning (10-20-1945) at the Three Rivers hospital. Born in Three Rivers, January 25, 1890, he was a son of Jacob and Katherine (ROGALSKI) SKEBISKI. On October 14, 1924, he married Katherine ZBIERANSKI at South Bend, Ind.

His life was spent around Three Rivers, where he attend school. For 18 years he made his home on a farm on M-60 moving to Three Rivers last April. He was employed at Fairbanks Morse and Co. for the last six years as an inspector and layout man. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus of Elkhart, a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars, Three Rivers Post 3019 and of the American Legion. Louis K. Hice Post 170, and a member of the Immaculate Conception church.

Surviving are his wife, Katherine; two daughters, Joan and Rosemary, at home; one brother John of Three Rivers; a sister Mrs. John CHOINACKY, Three Rivers; several nieces and nephews.

Solemn Requiem Mass will be celebrated Saturday morning, ten o'clock at the Immaculate Conception church with Rev. Fr. R. Dunigan, officiating. Rosary at eight o'clock Friday evening at the Decker-Austin Funeral Home. Interment will be made at Riverside cemetery.
