Larry V. Jelinski, age 61, residing on Maiden Lane, St. Joseph, MI, passed away on Tuesday, January 11, 2005 in his home of natural causes. He worked in sales for several years for Dupont Flooring Systems. Larry was born on March 12, 1943 in South Bend, IN, to Floyd F. and Henrietta (Samulski) Jelinski, and lived in South Bend until the past few years, living in Constantine for two years, and then in St. Joseph, MI for the past 3 years. On January 15, 1985 in South Bend, IN, he married Judith L. Shoupe Jelinski, who preceded him in death on June 7, 2001. Larry is survived by his daughter, Kelly (Russel) Luther of Coopersville, MI; his son, Kipp Jelinski of South Bend; one step-son, Robert L. (Anne) Pauwels of South Bend; five grandchildren, Jeremy, Andrew, Justin, Shelby and Skyler; and one sister, Gerri (Bill) Bingaman of St. Joseph, MI. He was preceded in death by one step-son, Jeff Pauwels. Larry attended Little Flower Catholic Church, South Bend. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, January 17, 2005 in Palmer Funeral Home-River Park, 2528 Mishawaka Avenue, South Bend. Rev. Andre Leveille, C.S.C. will officiate. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park, Granger, IN. The family will receive friends from 2:00-6:00 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home.
