Born September 15, 1932 to Alexander and Genevieve Baldoni in Mishawaka, IN, Theresa was preceded in death by her husband, James L. Duxbury, in March 2017. James and Theresa were married for 67 years and are survived by five children: Catherine A. DeCleene of Columbus, IN, Jennifer Nelsen-Camp of Powhatan, VA, Sandra Gates of South Bend, IN, Williams Duxbury of Granger, IN, and Kenneth Duxbury of Westfield, IN. As one of four children herself, Theresa was survived by a brother, Raymond Baldoni; and sister, Angela Rodgers. Preceding her in death is a brother, Robert Baldoni. Theresa was known by many as the “Cake Lady” for her unlimited thoughtfulness and kindness to others; she was loved by everyone she met. Theresa served on the Walnut Grove Women's Club and volunteered at St. Joseph Hospital in South Bend. Over the past few months the Southfield Village staff has shown great kindness, love, and caring for Theresa, for which the family is very grateful. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 13, 2018 at Bubb Funeral Chapel, 3910 N.
