Mrs. Josie Rzepka, 73, of 55840 Sage Rd., New Carlisle, died at 1:20 a.m. today in Memorial Hospital. Born Jan. 28, 1898 in New Carlisle, she had lived there her lifetime. On Nov. 20, 1916, in New Carlisle, as Josie Jurgonski, she was married to Lott Rzepka, who died May 5, 1968. Surviving are five sons, Henry of New Carlisle, Clem, David and Bernard, all of South Bend, and Norbert of Niles; three daughters, Mrs. Irene Wojcik of North Liberty and Mrs. Stanley Bazyk and Mrs. Clem Solmos, both of South Bend; 20 grandchildren; two brothers, Joseph and Valentine Jurgonski, both of South Bend, and three sisters Mrs. Felix Buziak and Mrs. Tillie Kaminski, all of South Bend. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday in the St. Joseph Funeral Home. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday in St. Stanislaus Kostka Church, Terre Coupee, Ind., Rev. Andrew Kopsca officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery. Mrs. Rzepka was a member of the Altar and Rosary Society, St. Anthonys Club and the Legion of Mary, all of St. Stanislaus Church; Unit 357, the American Legion Auxiliary, and the World War II Mothers of New Carlisle.
