SOUTH BEND - Charles R. Kubiak, 73, passed away at 2:20 am Tuesday, December 9, 2014, in Memorial Hospital. Charles was born on January 21, 1941, in South Bend, to Raymond and Regina (Cadowski) Kubiak. Charles was employed by Nabisco as a truck driver and served his country in the United States Air Force. He was preceded in death by his parents, a son, Michael Kubiak, and a sister, Joann Kubiak. Surviving are a daughter, Judith (Joseph) Binder of Granger; a son, Mark A. (Jodi) Kubiak of South Bend; 7 grandchildren; and a sister, Kathleen Chlebowski of South Bend. There will be no services or visitation. Cremation will take place.
