Boleslaus H. Paege, aged 62, of 745 Lawndale Avenue, a professional musician who played various instruments in many bands and orchestras in this vicinity, died at 6:50pm Thursday in his home after two years illness. He was born in Poznan, Germany, August 2, 1879, and came here 60 years ago. He was married in Otis IN, in 1902 to Hattie Lewandowski, who survives. He leaves also a sister, Mrs. Charles Groves, of South Bend, and two brothers, Harry Paege, of South Bend, and Edward Paege, of Bremen IN. He was a member of Fidelity Camp No. 28, Woodmen of the World. Friends may call in the residence after 7pm today and until the funeral at 9am Monday in Holy Cross Roman Catholic Church. Rev. Philip V. Beaghan, CSC, pastor, will sing the Mass. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery.
