SOUTH BEND - Nancy S. Hoover, 66, passed away on Wednesday, January 3, 2018 in St. Joseph Med Center. Nancy was born on August 5, 1951 in South Bend to William and Irene (Bubelenyi) Joo. She retired from 1st Source Bank, was a member of the Women's Banking Club, loved her cat, and to travel. On May 14, 1983 she married David A. Hoover, who survives along with a sister, Mary Jane (Frank) Rotge and brother, Martin Joo. Nancy was preceded in death by a sister, Barbara Ziegler and brother, William Joo, Jr. There will be a memorial service at a later date. Burial will take place in Highland Cemetery.
