James L. Dujardin, 64, Delavan Township, formerly of Williams Bay and Janesville, died Saturday, March 6, 2004, at St. Luke’s Medical Center, Milwaukee. He was born Oct. 12, 1939, in Mishawaka, Ind., the son of Alberic and Irene Dujardin. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
He married Marcia Glon Feb. 1963, in South Bend, Ind. He was the owner of Dujardin Interment Chambers, Williams Bay, for 13 years. He also worked for the Wisconsin Power and Light Co. in Lake Geneva and Janesville. After retiring, he was employed by the Lemans Corp., Janesville. He had been a member of the Knights of Columbus. He is survived by his wife; one daughter, Annette Hovestol, Elkhorn; two sons, Brian, Neenah, and Paul, Elkhorn; seven grandchildren; three brothers, Robert, Mishawaka, Bertrand, Waukesha, and Walter, Elkhorn; and two sisters, Martha Seggerman, South Bend, and Augusta Carner, Mishawaka. He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters. A memorial service will be held Saturday, March 13, at 2 p.m. at the Betts Funeral Home, 103 E. Rockwell St., Elkhorn, with Sister Mary Lou Fischbach of St. Patrick’s Parish, Elkhorn, officiating. Visitation will be from noon until the service time. The family suggested memorials to the Ronald McDonald House or St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
