THREE RIVERS - Adeline Josephine Corrigan, age 90, of Three Rivers, went to be with her Lord on Tuesday, May 8, 2012 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on Feb. 13, 1922 in South Bend, IN, the daughter of Casimir and Mary(Borlik)Pinkowski. Adeline had been a long time resident of this area. She was a member and formerly very active in the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and also the Daughters of Mary. For many years Adeline was a volunteer for several polling booths for both regional and state wide voting and she loved to garden and watch football, especially when Notre Dame was playing. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Bernard "Red" Corrigan; son, Patrick Corrigan; brother, Casimir "Pink" Pinkowski, Jr.; and sister, Betty Trzaskowski. She leaves to cherish her loving memory, three sons, Dennis (Liz) of Oxford, MI, Gregory (Mary) of Albion, MI, and Mark (Sally) of Savannah, GA; thirteen grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren, as well as one sister, Lorraine Horton of Avon Park, FL; and many special friends and neighbors whom she cherished. The family will receive friends from 4-8 p.m. on Monday, May 14, 2012 at the Hohner Funeral Home, 1004 Arnold St., Three Rivers, MI 49093, where a scripture service will be held at 7:30 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 15, 2012 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 645 South Douglas, Three Rivers, MI 49093 with Fr. Robert Johansen as celebrant. Interment will be held in Fort Custer National Cemetery at 1:00 p.m. Memorials may be donated to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital , 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee 38105.
