INDIANAPOLIS - William S. Goralski, 78, formally of South Bend, passed away at 8:20 am on Wednesday, October 19, 2011 in Hooverwood Nursing Home, Indianapolis, IN. William was born on April 20, 1933 in South Bend to the late William and Annette (Lukaszewski) Goralski. He is survived by his three children, Lori (Tom) Eyth of Omaha, NE, Patrick (Kim) Goralski of Indianapolis, IN, and Mark (Peggy) Goralski of Naperville, IL; eight grandchildren, Michael (Kristen) Goralski, Joseph, Joshua, Bethany, and Hanna Goralski, and Jacob, Elizabeth and Mary Eyth; sister, Marilyn (Ervin) Botka of South Bend ; and by his brother, Daniel (Sharon) Goralski of South Bend. He is also survived by his former wife, Josephine Goralski of South Bend. William was a member of St. Casimir Married Men's Club. He honorably served in the Army during the Korean War. William had a love of music; he enjoyed listening to and dancing to Polkas. He was a Notre Dame football fan. Above all, he loved his family and enjoyed the time he was able to spend with his children and grandchildren. Memorials may be made to Hooverwood Nursing Home, 7001 Hoover Road, Indianapolis, IN 46260. Visitation will be 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm Friday, October 21, 2011 in ST JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, 824 S. Mayflower Rd., where a Rosary will be prayed at 3:30 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am on Saturday, October 22, 2011 in the Cathedral of St. Matthew.
