June V Smith, 81, a lifelong resident of New Carlisle, IN, passed away peacefully on February 15, 2023. June was born to the late Frank and Dorothy Vida Sr on February 26, 1941. She was preceded in death by her spouse, John E Smith, brother Frank Jr, son, John Boone, and a grandson (Aaron). June is survived by her children, Sandra (Joe) McLean, Richard (Judy) Boone, Nancy (Bill) Henson, and Judy Harris. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren (Crystal, Heather, Elizabeth, Ana, Rosa, Alysia, Jessica, Lowee, Amanda, and Kelly) and 7 great-grandchildren (Lillian, Christopher, Ryan, Aubree, Logan, Walter, and Daniel). Per June's wishes, there will be no formal service, cremation to follow.
