The Illustrious and Very Reverend Lord Xavier Trzebiatowski, provost of (the church of) Brzeskoszstowo, celebrated (a mass) in support of the soul of his mother, Marianna Trzebiatowski, (born) of the house of Wolszlegerowna, and her body was buried with dignity in a vaulted sepulchral mound at the Church of Slesin __________ and after being strengthened with the sacred unction oil after the Lord (God) put her to sleep, and her soul returned to God on 28 September in ________ ; it is said she was 78 years old.
