GRANGER, IN - Jessica Spenner, 75, of Granger, IN passed away at 9:50 a.m. Monday, January 4, 2021 at Brookdale in Granger. Jessica was born on May 4, 1945 in South Bend, IN to Carl J. and Helen (Horvath) Gostola both of whom preceded her in death. On April 25, 1970 Jessica married David W. Spenner. David preceded Jessica in death on January 28, 2020. Jessica is survived by her children, Jennifer (Jason) Spenner-Kind and David Spenner Jr., and one granddaughter, Kaylynn Kind. Jessica was a member of St. Pius X Catholic Church and she worked as an education coordinator for St. Joseph County Solid Waste Management; she also worked for Catholic Social Services. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday, February 16, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Pius X Catholic Church, 52553 Fir Road, Granger, IN. Family and friends may gather from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the services, with Monsignor William Schooler officiating. Committal services will follow at Highland Cemetery in South Bend.
