SOUTH BEND - Edgar R. Schalliol, 93, passed away peacefully on August 20, 2017, in Scottsdale, Arizona. He served honorably in the U.S. Army Air Force from 1943 to 1946. He resided with his first wife, Patricia, in Mishawaka and South Bend, Indiana. He later remarried, and he and second wife, Susan, resided in Rochester, Indiana. Later he and Susan moved to Casa Grande, Arizona. He is survived by his three sons, Scott, Tom and Mark, their wives, and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Services will be held at the First Presbyterian Church of Casa Grande, AZ, on November 10, 2017. Arrangements entrusted to Messinger Indian School Mortuary.
