Richard Francis Tabaka, 73, of New Carlisle, Indiana passed away on Thursday, September 1, 2022 at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center. He was born on February 9, 1949 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Francis and Gertrude Marie (Laskoski) Tabaka. On April 20, 1985 he married Brenda who survives. He is also survived by one step son, Jeffrey Smith of LaPorte, Indiana, two step grandchildren, Skye and Ella Smith, two sisters, Donna Bremner and Carol Cavoli and many nieces, nephews and wonderful friends. Richard was also preceded in death by one sister, Mary Frances and two brothers, Charles Francis and Peter Francis. Services for Richard will be held at a later date.
