Konecny Rites Saturday

Funeral services for Mrs. Susana Konecny, 79, former resident of Stockett and Great Falls, will be Saturday morning at 8:50 at the T.F. O'Connor Co., and at 9:15 at Our Lady of Lourdes Church. Burial will be in Mount Olivet cemetery. Mrs. Konecny died Tuesday afternoon in Lewistown after a long illness. Mrs. Konecny was born Jan. 29, 1883, in Austria and came to the United States and Stockett in 1901. Her husband, Charles Konecny died in 1928 and she moved to Great Falls in 1939. She had lived at Lewistown the last ten years. She was a member of the First Catholic Slovak Union.
Survivors are five sons: Anthony Konecny, Butte; Charles Konecny, Billings; John Konecny, Miles City; Henry Konecny, Elkhart, Ind.; and Val Konecny, Great Falls; four daughters, Mrs. Clarence Jewell and Mrs. Clara Bronson, both of Great Falls; Mrs. H.W. Brockencamp, Anacortes, Wash.; Mrs. Norman Erie, Oak Harbor, Wash.; a sister, Mrs. Steve Zlacky, Puyallup, Wash.; 51 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
