Charles R. Nowicki, 70, Marion VA Medical Center, died at 5:55 a.m. Monday at the center. Mr. Nowicki was an Army veteran of World War II and a member of the Catholic Church. He is survived by two sons, Daniel and Ronald, both of South Bend. There will be no services or visitation. The body will be cremated with burial in the Marion National Cemetery. The Owen-Weilert-Duncan Funeral Home, 2722 S. Washington St., Marion, is in charge of arrangements
