Barbara Nowak, 75 passed away at 12:15pm on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 in Briarcliff Health and Rehab with her loving companion, Jeff Brown by her side. Barbara was born on February 5, 1948, in South Bend, IN to the late Edward and Matilda (Molnar) Nowak. Barbara was also preceded in death her sister, Jacqueline (Richard) Fry; and nephew, Robert Fry. Barbara will be forever loved by her significant other, Jeff Brown; niece, Tina (Keith) McIntire; nephew, Richard Fry; great-niece, Baylee; and great-nephews, Scott, Chad, and Shane. Barbara graduated from Central High School and worked as a CNA and in housekeeping for over 40 years at Memorial Hospital. Barbara loved her kitties. She was kind and generous. She would help anyone in need. She will be dearly missed. There will be no services at this time. Palmer Funeral Home - West Chapel and Southlawn Cremation Services are assisting the family with arrangements.
