[N13003] Jack Ringelski, 85, was born March 1, 1932, in South Bend, Indiana and died May 20, 2017, in Prescott, Arizona. A Navy veteran, retired salesman, and avid Chicago Cubs fan, he resided 46 years in Arizona. A private cremation was held at Affordable Burial and Cremation, LLC, in Prescott Valley. Jack is survived by his loved ones. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Marley House at 1063 Ruth Street, Prescott, AZ 86301. Information provided by survivors.
