LIBERTYVILLE, IL - Genevieve Valentina Magdalinski, 90, formerly of South Bend, passed away at 4:45 p.m. on Wednesday, April 15, 2009 in Condell Medical Center, Libertyville, IL. Genevieve was born on December 19, 1918, in South Bend, to Stanley J. and Stella (Daszynski) Bojarski. On January 12, 1946, in South Bend, Genevieve married the late Stanley J. Magdalinski. She was also preceded in death by brothers, Leonard Johns and Joseph Bojarski. Genevieve is survived by daughters, Monica Corbin of Libertyville, IL, and Joanne Moore of Highland Park, IL; grandchildren, Dr. Corinna Lyne Wojcik of Elmhurst, IL, Christopher C. Corbin of Libertyville, IL, Richard Corbin Jr. of Libertyville, IL, and Johanna Marie Corbin of Grayslake, IL, Tiffany Ann Moore of Gurnee, IL, Terra Lee Moore of Paris, France, and AN Wayne V. Moore of Naval Station Norfolk, VA; great-grandchildren, Cassandra Corbin, Eva Wojcik and Luke Wojcik. Genevieve was a secretary at Attco Machine Products. Visitation will be from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday, April 19, in ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, 824 S. Mayflower Road, where a Rosary will be prayed at 4 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Monday, April 20, 2009 in St. Anthony de Padua Catholic Church. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, South Bend. Visitation will also be from 9 to 10 a.m. Monday in the church prior to the mass. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association , 6100 W. 96th St., Suite 200, Indianapolis, IN. 46278.
