SOUTH BEND - Cheri Lynn Stoynoff, 38, passed away Tuesday, July 8, 2014 in Memorial Hospital. Cheri was born February 18, 1976 in South Bend to Robert and Phyllis (Staszewski) Stoynoff. Cheri is also preceded in death by a grandfather Edwin Staszewski. Survivors of Cheri include her parents, Robert and Phyllis Stoynoff of South Bend; grandmothers, Eleanor Staszewski, and Joan (Harold 'Dean') Hough; grandfather, William Stoynoff; uncles, Michael Stoynoff, Ken (Mary) Staszewski, and James (Melissa) Staszewski; aunt, Mary Ellen (Larry) Wall; and many cousins. Cheri worked with the South Bend Tribune as a paper carrier. She also was a volunteer for St. Joseph Hospital. Cheri enjoyed working on art and craft projects, and most of all she loved watching Disney movies. Visitation for Cheri will be 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, Monday, July 14, 2014 in ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, 824 S. Mayflower Rd. where a Funeral Service will be celebrated at 1:00 pm. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery. Condolences for the family may be made at www.sjfh.net.
