Ann, Mickey, Adam and Sophie Radwanski preceded Wanda in death. Bruno Radwanski continues to reside in Hawkins and Pauline Radwanski Murphy resides in Madison, Ala. She lived most of her life in Amite with her husband, John T. VanCamp, who preceded her in death on Feb 2, 1998. Her mission on Earth was simple: "Help others to know ME so that they may have eternity." Many knew her as the woman who could sew and grow anything. In Amite, her huge yard sales at her home across from Clemons Lumber Mill were well known. Flannery Oaks residents, staff and visitors knew her as the "Bird Lady" because she broke bread scraps daily to feed the birds, hence giving everyone pleasure.
