Esther L. Rynearson

Esther L. Rynearson, 79, residing on Esther Avenue, Mishawaka, IN, passed away at 8:05 a.m. Thursday, October 27, 2005, at Hospice House, South Bend, IN. She was born on August 25, 1926, in South Bend, IN, to John and Stella (Kurlanski) Skierkowski, and had been a lifelong resident. On February 2, 1946, at Christ Temple Church, South Bend, IN, as Esther Skierkowski, she married Carl Rynearson, who survives. Along with her husband, Carl Rynearson, she is survived by her daughter, Debra Roush of Osceola; two sons, Fred Rynearson of Mishawaka and Roger (Patricia) Rynearson of North Liberty; five grandchildren, Steve Rynearson, Brian Roush, Rachel Roush, Adam Roush and Gage Rynearson; two great-grandchildren, Samantha and Zachary Rynearson; one sister, Dorothy (Stanley) Gorski of South Bend; and two brothers, Harry (Patricia) Skierkowski of South Bend and Robert (Clara) Wolak of South Bend. She was looking forward to the birth of her great-granddaughter, Gabriella. She was a member of St. Mary's Polish National Church. She loved her grandchildren. She retired from K-Mart to babysit her grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, October 31, 2005, in the Palmer Funeral Home-River Park, 2528 Mishawaka Avenue, South Bend. Rev. Charles Zawistowski of St. Mary's Polish National Church will officiate. Interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, South Bend. The family will receive friends from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. today in the funeral home.
