GRANGER - Timothy W. Cencelewski, 63, of Granger, passed away Friday, August 16, 2013, in Memorial Hospital, after a courageous 16 year battle with Parkinson's. He was born on June 7, 1950, in South Bend, and was a lifelong area resident. On May 19, 1979, he married Jeanne Badora, who survives. Along with his loving wife, he is survived by his daughter, Erica Cencelewski of Granger; his son, Jason (Michelle) Cencelewski of Mishawaka; two grandchildren, Jason, Jr. and Jordan; two brothers, Fred, Jr. of Fuquay Varina, NC and Jim (Sandy) of South Bend; and by several nieces and nephews. Mr. Cencelewski retired from Bendix/Honeywell in July 2003, after 31 years of service. He was a member of the UAW and was in the U.S. Army Reserves. He enjoyed sports and fishing and especially loved spending time with his family. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 pm Monday, August 19, 2013, in the Kaniewski Funeral Home, 3545 N. Bendix Drive, South Bend. Funeral services will be held at 10 am Tuesday in the funeral home, with entombment to follow in St. Joseph Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Michael J.
