Anna E. Catanzarite, 92, of Grove Street, Mishawaka, Ind., passed away at 5:20 p.m. Thursday in her residence. Anna was born on February 20, 1910, in Massena, N.Y., to Joseph and Elizabeth (Jermano) Trimboli, who both have preceded her in death. Anna was also preceded by five sisters, Mary, Josephine, Margaret, Sara and Katherine, and three brothers, Patrick, Francis and Tony. On September 5, 1926, in St. Monica Catholic Church, Mishawaka, as Anna E. Trimboli she married Antonio (Tony) Catanzarite. Anna and Antonio celebrated 76 years of marriage in September. Antonio survives along with one daughter, Bette Piraccini (Alfio) of Mishawaka; three sons, Ross Catanzarite, Joseph (Mary) Catanzarite and Frank (Kay) Catanzarite, all of Mishawaka. Also surviving are fourteen grandchildren; Lisa (Butch) Squibb of Elkhart, Ind., John (Jayne) Piraccini of Mishawaka, Aldino Piraccini of Granger, Ind., Gina Piraccini of South Bend, Ind., Ross Catanzarite Jr. of South Bend, Anthony Catanzarite of South Bend, Pamela (William) Reinke of South Bend, Mark (Susan) Catanzarite of South Bend, Anthony (Dolores) Catanzarite of South Bend, Frank (Jill) Catanzarite of Sidney, Ohio, Patrick (Nancy) Catanzarite of South Bend, Michael (Diane) of Mishawaka, Gino (Lisa) Catanzarite of Osceola, Ind., and Joni (Louis) Pecsi of Osceola; thirty three great grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren; and one sister in law, Mrs. Patrick Trimboli (Zirille) of Massena, N.Y. Anna was a member of St. Monica Catholic Church and a member of the Rosary Society. Family and friends may call on Sunday, November 3, 2002, from 2 until 8 p.m. at Bubb Funeral Chapel, 3910 N. Main Street, Mishawaka, where a vigil service will take place at 4 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 10 a.m. on Monday at St. Monica Catholic Church, 222 W. Mishawaka Ave., Mishawaka. Father Elden Miller will officiate the services with burial to follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola.
