Services for Michael Joseph Crimaldi Sr., 57, of 2301 W. Lexington, who died at 4:10 a.m. Thursday in St. Joseph's Hospital, South Bend, shortly after being admitted, will be at 10 a.m. Monday in St. Thomas the Apostle Church. Msgr. J. William Lester will officiate. Burial will be in St. Vincent Cemetery. Friends may call after noon Sunday in the Hartzler-Gutermuth Funeral Home.

He was born Oct. 31, 1921, in Aultman, Ohio. On Feb. 9, 1945, he married Shirley Tierney in South Bend. She survives along with three daughters, Mrs. James K. (Carol Ann) Horton of South Bend, and Michell and Sharon, both of Atlanta, Ga.; a son, Michael Jr. of Elkhart; two grandchildren; two sisters, Miss Vita Mae Crimaldi and Mrs. Rose Dallesio, both of Akron, Ohio; and two brothers, Salvatore of South Bend, and Tony of Watervliet, Mich. He owned M & M Cue Club and operated Little Caesar's Restaurant from 1963 until 1977. He was a member of St. Thomas the Apostle Church, Elks Lodge 425, the Moose Lodge, and Knights of Columbus. He was active in the Elkhart Bowling League and in the Three-Man Classic.
