MISHAWAKA - Joseph A. Buzalski Sr., 84, of Mishawaka, passed away on Friday, September 27, 2013, at Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center. He was born March 29, 1929, in South Bend, to Joseph & Hattie Buzalski. His wife Rosemary preceded him in death in 1979, and his wife Cindy preceded him in death in 2006. Surviving are a son, Joseph A. Buzalski Jr., a daughter, Pamela Reed, both of South Bend; 6 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren & 2 great-great-grandchildren; and a sister, Antoinette Long of South Bend. He was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter, Terri Jones, and a sister, Lillian. Joe was a U.S. Army veteran. He enjoyed fishing, and he loved his dog "Cricky." Joe was formerly employed as a sales representative and a bartender. He worked for over 20 years at Pearl's Grill and was also employed at Goldblats in South Bend. He also delivered newspapers for the South Bend Tribune. A celebration of life service will be held at a later date. Elkhart Cremation Services is entrusted with arrangements.
