Mildred (Rice) Yarnall, 94, passed away Monday, February 1, 2021. She was a devoted Wife, Mother, Sister, Aunt and Cousin; she loved unconditionally and went peacefully. Mildred was born in Mishawaka, Indiana to William Rice and Margaret Callahan. She lived her teenage years under the care of her Uncle and Aunt Bill and Mabel Stacy in Lakeville, IN. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 56 years, Merle Yarnall; and Sister Virginia Humphrey of Mishawaka, IN. She is survived by her sons, James Yarnall of Hebron, KY and Martin (& Susan) Yarnall of San Ramon, CA; sisters Gladys Moffort of Georgetown, OH, Karen Simmons of Carrollton, KY and Phyllis Leone of Waynesville, NC.; and her very dear cousin Dorothy Martz of Niles, MI. Visitation for Mildred will be on Friday, February 5th, from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at the Palmer Funeral Home- Bubb Chapel, 3910 N. Main Street, Mishawaka. A procession to Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Osceola will begin after visitation for a graveside at 12:30 p.m. Should friends desire, donations could be sent to the American Heart Association or any charity of your choice.
