Roger H. Neff, 64, of Mishawaka passed away Saturday, May 18, 2019. He was born April 3, 1955 in South Bend, Indiana to the late Byron and Barbara (Tschida) Neff. Roger is survived by two sisters, Rebecca (Terry) Boersema and Jennifer Gingerich; one brother, Bill (Ruth) Neff; five nieces; four great nieces; and many cousins. Roger was a member of the Michiana Pilots Club. He was a history buff and enjoyed reading about airplanes, war, and cars. He had to overcome many obstacles in his life but will be remembered for his love of conversation and ability to make new friends wherever he went. A private family memorial service and burial will take place at a later date. Palmer Funeral Home-Guisinger Chapel and Southlawn Cremation Services are assisting the family with arrangements.
