SOUTH BEND - Roman A. Horka, 88, of Brookfield Street, died at 2 pm Wednesday in Carlisle Healthcare Center.
Mr. Horka retired in 1973 from Bendix Corp. He was born Sept 8, 1905, in South Bend, and was a lifelong area resident.
On April 21, 1934, in South Bend, he married Tillie Szalewski, who survives. He was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church and ZJB. Falcons Nest 80.Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in St. Joseph Funeral Home. Entombment will be In Resurrection Gardens Mausoleum of St. Joseph Cemetery Friends may call two hours before services in the funeral home.
