Born 10 Feb 1914; she died 14 Feb 1995 age 81 of Meridian-Cardinal Nursing Center, formerly of 310-5 S Michigan; died at 8:15 p.m. in the nursing center. Mrs Filchak retired from 1st Source Bank as a teller and was a lifelong area resident. Services held at St Casimir Catholic Church, burial in St Joseph Cemetery. [Mar date, death of husband and surviving children same as above.] Mrs Filczak has 3 surviving sisters, mrs Marie Jackowiak, Mrs Sophie Wrobel and Mrs Clara
Risley all of South Bend .
