Chester A. Slomski

A memorial Mass for Chester A Slomski, 72, of Indiantown FL, formerly of South Bend, who died September 30 in Martin Memorial Hospital, Stuart FL, will be at 9am Saturday in St Stanislaus Catholic Church. Rev. Steven Sedlock, CSC, pastor, will officiate. Slomski was retired from Bendix Corporation as a tool and die maker after 38 years of service. He was born on July 14, 1910, in South Bend, and lived here most of his life until moving to Florida. He is survived by his wife, Dorothy; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Gulie Scherzinger of Lake Worth FL; and seven sisters, Mrs. Louise Kapalczynski, Mrs. Helen Niezgodski, Mrs. Clara Kopinski, Mrs. Severine Kaczmarek, Mrs. Adeline Cytacki, Mrs. Margie Bass and Mrs. Esther Miltenberger all of South Bend.
