South Bend - Nancy I. Colglazier, 72, passed away Friday, February 13, 2015 in her home surrounded by her family . Nancy was born July 4, 1942 in Salem, IN to the late Howard and Irene White Parsley. On July 11, 1958 in Livonia Baptist Church Nancy married Earl Colglazier he survives along with their children, Joseph (Mona) Colglazier of North Liberty, Joni (Craig) Nedderman of South Bend, Jon (Kim) Colglazier of South Bend, Jason (Tina) Colglazier of New Carlisle; brother, Kenneth (Jane) Parsley of Salem; sister-in-law, Jane (Harry) Carlton of South Bend; 20 grandchildren, Amber, Autumn, Ashley, Evan, Colin, Amy, Emily, Nathan, Abbigail, Brooke, Jenna, Isaac, Anna, Hannah, Jacob, Pierce, Billy, Philip, Lisa, and Raphael. 3 great-grandchildren, Ethan, Ezra, and Whitley; and twins are on the way.Nancy very much enjoyed reading her bible and singing. She was a loving Christian, wife, mother, grandma and friend to all. She spent much time praying for friends, family, and even people she barely knew. Nancy loved spending time with her grandchildren. She exuded love and compassion opening her home to anyone in need. She was a wonderful cook. She had a great laugh. She was patient and kind. She shall be sorely missed. A Celebration of Life for Nancy will be held at a later date. ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, 824 S. Mayflower Rd. is assisting the family. Nancy sponsored a little girl through World Vision named Tapiwa who lives in Malawi.
