MISHAWAKA, IN - Joshua John Comeau, 41, of Mishawaka, went to his heavenly home on January 24, 2019 surrounded by his family. Josh was born on November 21, 1977 to John Marshall Comeau and Susan Elaine Pusztai in Mishawaka. On June 19, 2004, Josh married the former Rosary Staley and she survives. He worked as a Firefighter and was a member of Queen of Peace Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus, and Firefighters Union Local 362. Josh lived each day with passion and devotion. He enjoyed playing guitar, leading praise and worship, playing board games, serving Jesus, and, above all, loving his family. He is survived by his wife, Rosary; his children, Elaine Katherine, Joshua Joseph (not a junior), Mia Terese, Anabelle Bernadette, Grace Philomena, and Ezekiel Paul; his parents, John Comeau and Susan Pusztai; his siblings, Lisbeth (John) Kelly, John (Sarah) Comeau, and Andrew Comeau; and his grandmother, Elaine Stodonly. Josh was preceded in death by a son, John Edward. Friends and family will be received on Thursday, January 31, 2019 from 3:30-8 PM at Queen of Peace Catholic Church, 4508 Vistula Road, Mishawaka, IN 46544 with the Rosary prayer at 7 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, February 1, 2019 at 1 PM with visitation from 11-1 PM at Queen of Peace Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mary TV.TV, PO Box 899, Notre Dame, Indiana 46556 or Pilgrim Path, 52333 Kenilworth Road, South Bend, IN 46637.
