Frank Dhaene, 523 S. Pulaski St., was pronounced dead on arrival in Memorial Hospital at 1:50 p.m. Saturday, apparently of a heart attack. He was born in Holland on Feb 14, 1896, and had lived here for 52 years. He was married on Feb. 6, 1919 in Sacred Heart Church in South Bend, to Clarisse Coppieter. He was a retired Studebaker employee. Surviving are the wife; two daughters, Mrs. Casimier Ciesielski and Mrs. Bernard Rzpka, both of South Bend; two sisters, Mrs. Marie Dhoeore, of South Bend and Mrs. Emma Durein, in Holland, and five grandchildren.Friends may call after 7 p.m. today in the St. Joseph Funeral Home. Services will be held at 9 a.m. Tuesday in Sacred Heart Church, conducted by Msgr. Elmer Peterson. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery. He belonged to the St. Vincent De Paul Society and the Volksring Club. The rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. Monday in the funeral home. Published in the South Bend Tribune; Sunday, Nov. 8, 1959.
