ANNA GRONTKOWSKI - nee Wentland - w/o Karol
Born 6 Jul 1853 Poland; died 21 Apr 1936 age 82 of 1115 W Thomas, died in her home following 3 months of illness and complications. Came here from Poland 60 yrs ago, before the first Polish church was built here. Services held at St Hedwig Catholic Church, burial at Cedar Grove. Children: Clara, Frank, John C, Anthony, Mary, Frances, Joseph, Charles J; She leaves a brother Peter Wentland and a sister Mrs Julia Kowalski.
