Lois was born in South Bend, IN, on January 2, 1941 to the late Clyde and Medreth (Wright) Bass. On September 27, 1960 in Roseland, IN, she was married to John Takach, who survives. Also surviving are their children; Kris Wilma, of South Bend, IN, Lorie Middlebrook, of Mishawaka, IN, John Takach Jr., of Huston, TX, Donald (Gail) Takach, of San Diego, CA, siblings, Rose (Mickel) Doan, of Ocala, FL, Karen (Allen) Zunick, of Anaconda, MT, Norma Balcher, of Tyler, Texas, grandchildren David Vinnage, of Mishawaka, IN, Dalton Middlebrook, of Mishawaka, IN and Nicole Middlebrook, of Mishawaka, IN. Visitation for Lois will be held on Sunday March 30, 2014, from 2-6 pm in Bubb Funeral Chapel 3910, N. Main St., Mishawaka, IN. A funeral service will be held Monday March 31, 2014 at 11 am in the funeral home with visitation one hour prior. Burial will follow in Adamsville Cemetery, Adamsville, MI.
