MISHAWAKA - Thomas A Wroblewski Sr., 75, of Lakeside, CA, passed away on November 24, 2014, at Sharp Grossmont Hospital in La Mesa, CA, after a brief illness. Thomas was born August 28, 1939, in South Bend, IN, to the late Leo P & Verna (Harmacinski) Wroblewski. On December 17, 1966, Thomas married Marsha A. Abbott, who survives along with his sister, Shirley (John) Hardman of South Bend, IN; son, Thomas (Bernadett) Wroblew-ski Jr.; 2 grandsons, Thomas III & Joshua Wro-blewski of San Diego, CA; daughter, Elizabeth April (Steve) Pugh; 2 grandchildren, Stephen Jr. & Stephanie Pugh of South Bend, IN; stepson, Ronald (Wendy) Schmalkuch, who preceded his death on June 1, 2012; 2 granddaughters, Melanie & Roxanne Schmalkuche of Mishawaka, IN; and nieces and nephews. Thomas was preceded in death by 2 brothers and 2 sisters, Alvin (Eilene) Wroblewski, Norbet P. Wroblewski, Gertie (Frank) Gadacz & Adeline Wroblewski. Thomas enjoyed watching Notre Dame football & NASCAR. Cremation services were provided by Abbey Cremation Service. Published in South Bend Tribune on Dec. 11, 2014
